CODE OF CONDUCT | Application

This Code of Conduct is a vital part of the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement"). Undefined terms in this Code of Conduct have the meaning assigned to them in the Agreement. Your use of Campielive.com (hereinafter "Website") signifies your agreement to comply with and be bound by this Code of Conduct. Any violation of this Code of Conduct by you constitutes a material breach of the Agreement and may result in your immediate account suspension or termination, a lifetime ban from the Website, and other potential civil and criminal legal action, depending on the nature of your violation.

User Conduct

Members, Performer, and Guests of the Website (hereinafter "Website User") are required to follow these guidelines:

Comply with all applicable laws when using the Website, and do not use it for any illegal purpose that could expose us to criminal or civil liability.
Do not let anyone access your username or password, and keep your login information safe and secure to prevent unauthorized access. Do not attempt to use or use another member's account. You may not transfer your account(s) to anyone else.
You are solely responsible and liable for all activities that take place through your account when interacting with other Website Users. You will not share, discuss, or request any content that infringes on someone's rights, is defamatory, obscene, lewd, violent, harassing, discriminatory (racist, sexist, transphobic, ableist, etc.), invasive of privacy rights, illegal, or otherwise offensive.
Keep all information provided through the Website confidential and private and do not disclose it to anyone without the consent of the person who provided it to you.
Do not record or capture any content shared or streamed by another Website User for any reason.
Do not use the Website to infringe on anyone's privacy, property, or civil rights. Do not use the Website to illegally create, obtain, or distribute unlawful copies of copyrighted material. This includes, but is not limited to, posting or requesting material that you or the party you are requesting them from do not have the legal right to obtain.
Do not use the Website to publish or forward chain letters, advertisements, spam, or any similar commercial message. Do not send unsolicited communications to any other Website User, except as part of the normal chat service.
Do not take any action to conceal your identity, such as using fake or doctored profile information, faked headers, or any other mechanism used to conceal the source of any communication.
Do not appear in service uniforms, including, but not limited to, military uniforms or religious attire.
Do not use any automated or semi-automated means to unfairly enhance an account, such as creating a false impression of traffic to any chatroom or artificially increasing follower count.
Do not create additional accounts to circumvent a ban by us or another Website User.
Do not use the Website to send or request any obscene material, including, but not limited to, child pornography or any material offensive to a person's dignity. Do not allow anyone below the Age of Majority to appear in any Performer Content or use the Website.
Do not use the Website to obtain personal data or usage information, either by manual or automated means, whether such data is aggregated and anonymized or identifiable. Do not use automated tools to collect data, such as robots, crawlers, or any other data mining tools.
Do not attempt to defeat any security features of the site or reverse engineer any code or content. Do not post any links to third-party sites or introduce any malicious code to the Website.
You are only permitted to use the Website for personal enjoyment, and must not engage in any commercial exploitation or sale, reproduction, or linking (including framing the site within another website or content) of any Performer Content, communication made within the Website, or any portion of the Website, regardless of whether proper attribution is given.
You are prohibited from taking any action, either alone or in combination with other actions, that would directly or indirectly violate our Privacy Policy.
You are prohibited from disclosing any personally identifiable information about any member of the community or requesting such information.
The use of the Website for the purpose of offering, discussing, or arranging for prostitution, escort services, or any other form of compensation for meeting arrangements is strictly prohibited.
Independent Broadcasters are allowed to exchange information with Performers, including contact information, but they are not allowed to use Performers' information to offer webcam shows or receive payments outside of the Website. If an Independent Broadcaster sells something to a Performer or engages in any other transaction, such as selling their underwear, the sale must be completed in exchange for tokens.
Advertising of commercial websites that offer live webcam streams is strictly prohibited, but Performers are permitted to mention their personal profiles, homepages, and wish lists.
You are not allowed to make any statement, whether written or verbal, or encourage others to make any statement that defames, disparages, or in any way criticizes the Website or the Company.

Performer Conduct

The Website has established specific rules that apply to Performer Content. All Performers are required to comply with these rules. The following acts/content are strictly prohibited, and no Performer is allowed to post, broadcast, or solicit any other Performer to post or broadcast any of the following:

This includes any actual or simulated scatological, rape, incestual (and depictions of incest), child pornography (or any depiction of child pornography), bestiality, or any other materials or actions that may be considered obscene or illegal in your community.
Depictions of actual or simulated illegal and unsafe actions, including violence, blood, torture, pain, erotic asphyxiation, fisting, rape themes, or any actions associated with causing physical or emotional harm. Illegal drugs (or drugs that may be perceived as illegal in certain locations, such as medicinal marijuana) are strictly prohibited.
Use of overly large sex toys or animal-shaped sex toys on camera, or use of objects as sex toys unless they are normally marketed and sold for that purpose. Prior authorization is required from support@chaturbate.com for incorporating any type of mechanical device, tool, "sex machine," or unusual equipment into a performance. Such authorization may be revoked at any time and for any reason without notice, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Website.
Child pornography and depictions of minors (actual or simulated) are strictly prohibited. There can be no actual or simulated minors, children, babies, or unauthorized persons on camera or in the same room. This includes offering, role play, and/or discussion of minors. Breach of this rule will be immediately reported to NCMEC and appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Performing while intoxicated, whether from alcohol or drugs (prescription, legal, or illegal), is strictly prohibited.
Offensive and/or degrading conduct, such as the use of degrading or verbally abusive dialog, or offensive roleplay, such as ethnic or racial roleplay, is prohibited.
Sleeping on camera, whether real or acting/pretending, is not permitted.
Independent Broadcasters may not broadcast from any public place, or from a studio or set that creates the impression that the Independent Broadcaster is in a public place. Broadcasting outdoors is allowed only with the owner's consent, and in an area not visible from the neighboring property.
Live streaming or broadcasting recorded content (or any other type of non-interactive content) is not permitted. Recorded video may only be shared through your bio/profile page. Independent Broadcasters may use cartoons, avatars, and other interactive digitally created images, subject to concept review by the support team, provided that they comply with the Code of Conduct and the Agreement.
Performers may not broadcast, upload, or offer any content referencing or depicting menstruation, vomit, feces or urine.
Performers may not broadcast, upload, or offer any content referencing or depicting "bukkake" or "goatse".

The following lists of prohibited activities are not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to prohibit any activity that we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem inappropriate, at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or a part of the Website, with or without notice, if we find that you have engaged in any inappropriate activity.
